List of Manifest of Alien Immigrants for the Commissioner of Immigration
Required by the regulations of the Secretary of the Treasury of the United States, under Act of Congress approved March 3, 1893, to be delivered to the Commissioner of Immigration by the Commanding Officer of any Vessel having such passengers on board, upon arrival at any port in the United States.
SS Columbian, sailing from Liverpool Dec. 31st, 1899, arriving at port of Boston, (left blank).

Masters, Master of the Steamship Columbian, belonging to Liverpool, do solemnly swear that the foregoing is a full and correct report of alien immigrants arrived by said vessel at the port of Boston, on the 11th day of January 1900.
