DISTRICT OF NEW YORK - PORT OF NEW YORK
I, John H Shoppy do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear that the following List or Manifest, subscribed by me, and now delivered by me to the Collector of Customs for the District of New York, contains to the best of my knowlege and belief, a just and full account of all the Passengers received on board the Brig Machias whereof I am Master, from Neuvitas.
