Liverpool, England via Queenstown, Ireland to New York

DISTRICT OF NEW YORK - PORT OF NEW YORK
I, Archibald Thomson, master of the S.S. Italy do solemnly, sincerely, and truly declare that the following List or Manifest, subscribed by me, and now delivered by me to the Collector of Customs of the collction District of New York, is a full and perfect list of all the passengers taken on board of the said S.S. Italy at Liverpool, England and Queenstown, Ireland from which ports said S.S. Italy has now arrived; and that on said list is truly designated the age, the sex, and the occupation of each of said passengers, the part of the vessel occupied by each during the passage, the country to which each belongs, and also the country of which it is intended by each to become an inhabitant; and that said List or Manifest truly sets forth the number of said passengers who have died on said voyage, and the names and ages of those who died.

25     Surname first letter is probably "R", remaining letters not readable, name is 
       only 5 letters long.
40     Bottom of the page cut through half of the surname so that name can not be read.     
49     First letter of surname may be "B", i.e. name may be Blensdotter.
54     Surname maybe Sars.
55     Surname very difficult to read, may be Irving
73-75  Surname unreadable except for the first letter; name may be Brain.
76,77  Surname is difficult, may also be Rervsell.
