Transcriber's Notes:

* The column, "Country of which they are citizens" was not filled in, so was eliminated
from this transcription. Also, the column, "Date and Cause of Death" was modified to
indicate whether or not the passenger was in the country before, so it is assumed there
were no deaths on this passage. Their status as to whether they intended to remain in the
United States was the same for all passengers (including the one stowaway) - they were
listed as Permanent, thus the last column was eliminated. The original lister numbered
the passengers and signed the document, so we can be certain that the manifest is complete.

The "Location of compartment or space occupied" was abbreviated by the transcriber.
Forward became "Fwd" and Compartment became "Comp".

An asterisk (*) is used to refer to an item in the transcriber's notes, which further
explains the entry.

A question mark (?) is used for letter/letters that cannot be read because of the quality
of the document. Where possible a suggestion is given in the Transcriber's Notes of what
the letter/letters may be.

 6 Surname: Daureschewski, Dameschewski.
14&15 The first surname is at the fold of the document and is illegible, the name
following it was a ditto to the one above. The bottom of the missing first letter
appears to be similar to the "B" in the name above - Buoda? Or possibly an "E".
       Enoda, Euoda?
18 Slurgala, Slurzala.
21 Sprivak, Spirvak.
