DISTRICT OF NEW YORK - PORT OF NEW YORK
I, Alex M^cRitchie, Master of the S.S. Elysia do solemly, sincerely and truly affirm that the following List or Manifest, ascribed by me and now delivered to the Collector of Customs of the Colletion District of New York, is a full and perfect list of all the passengers taken on bord the said S.S.
