DISTRICT OF NEW YORK - PORT OF NEW YORK
I, William A. May, do solemly, sincerely, and truly swear that the following List or Manifest of Passengers, subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs for the District of New York, contains, to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account of all the Passengers received on board the Ship Copernicus whereof I am Master, from London. *All passengers stated the country in which they intend to become inhabitants is the
 United States, therefore this column has been eliminated.

*There were no deaths on this passage, therefore the death column has been eliminated.

 1-6 There is no information after age other than to state they are all Cabin Passengers
 4 There is a period after the "O".  Last name may also be O'Brien
 9 There is no "e" in last name, last name is most probably Burke
