I, Samuel Brooks, Master of the Br. Str City of Boston, do solemnly, sincerely, and truly swear that the following List or Manifest, subscribed by me, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs of the Collection District of New York, is a full and perfect List of all the Passengers taken on board the said Br. Str at L'pool from which Port the said ( blank ) has now arrived; and that on said List is truly designated the age, the sex, and the occupation of each of said passengers, the part of the vessel occupied by each during the passage, the country to which each belongs, and also the country of which it is intended by each to become an inhabitant; and that said List or Manifest truly sets forth the number of said Passengers who have died on said Voyage and the names and ages of those who died.

Transcriber's Notes:
A question mark (?) indicates a letter or a number that can not be transcribed
definitely.
An asterisk (*) indicates either difficulty in deciphering the handwriting of the
manifest or something in the Transcriber's Notes to which the reader should refer.
A caret (^) indicates that the following letter in a word or name is superscripted.
The transcriber numbers the passengers consecutively, even though they are not
numbered in the original manifest.
The recorder of the manifest often abbreviates a passenger's Occupation, such as
"Spin", "Spins", "Spinst" or "Spinst^r" for Spinster, "Inft" or "Inf^t" for Infant,
"Mech" or "Mech^c" for Mechanic, "Serv^t" for Servant, and "Labr" or "Lab^r" for
Laborer.
The entry "United States" in the native country and destination country columns
is shortened to "U. States" for formatting reasons. "Male" and "Female" in the
Sex column are shortened to "M" and "F" for the same reason.
The Orlop deck was the lowest deck of a ship having at least four decks.
2 Surname appears to be written as "Bohaw", but might possibly be "Bohan".
14 Surname appears to be either "Jallen" or "Jullen".
20 Surname appears to be either "Turkey" or "Tarkey".
21 Surname is recorded as "Collahan", but might possibly be "Callahan".
34 Last half of surname is overwritten as cannot be deciphered with certainty,
But might possibly be "Carroll".
62 Surname appears to be either "Hallam" or "Hallarn".
