Ship St. George
I, Watson Feris, Master of the Ship St George, do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear that the following List or Manifest, subscribed by me, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs of the Collection District of New York, is a full and perfect list of all the passengers taken on board the said Ship at Liverpool, from which port said Ship has now arrived; and that on said List is truly designated the age, the sex, occupations, the part of the vessel occupied by each during the passage, the last place of settlement, the country of allegiance and also the country to which it is intended by each to become an inhabitant; and that said List or Manifest truly sets forth the number of said passengers who have died on said voyage, and the names and ages of those who died.

Information provided by transcriber Al O'Brien about passengers 222-229, Henesy.
222-229 Transcriber's maternal ancestors. Although the surname spelling on
the manifest is Henesy, it later became Hennessy in the U.S.
222 Transcriber's great grandfather. A farmer in Ireland, by 1854 he had
his own farm in Sandusky Co. Ohio.
He died in 1890 at the age of 84.
223 Transcriber's great grandmother. Her maiden name was Renahan. She had
more children (three daughters) in Ohio, and died in 1883 at the age
of 75.
224 Transcriber's grandfather. He fought in the Civil War as a member of
Mulligan's Brigade; 23rd Illinois Regiment which surrendered and was
captured by the Confederates at Lexington, Missouri on Sept 20, 1861.
225 Transcriber's great uncle.
226 Transcriber's great uncle; he killed a man in Oak Harbor, Ohio in 1879,
but was acquitted because the man had seduced his wife.
