Ship Robert Kelly
I, Nathan Barstow Master of the Ship Robert Kelly do solemnly, sincerely and truly (omitted) that the following List or Manifest, subscribed by me, and now delivered by Me to the Collector of the Customs of the Collection District of New York,is a full and perfect list of all the passengers taken on board of the said Ship Robert Kelly at Liverpool from which port said Ship has now arrived; and that on said list is truly designated the age, the sex, and the occupation of each of said passengers, the part of the vessel occupied by each during the passage, the country to which each belongs, and also the country of which it is intended by each to become an inhabitant; and that said List or Manifest truly sets forth the number of said passengers who have died on said voyage, and the names and ages of those who died.

The Destination for most passengers was United States, exceptions are included in the Transcriber's Notes; the one death recorded on the voyage is included in the Transcriber's Notes; these two columns have been omitted from the transcription.

The transcription preserves the original spelling.
The handwriting of this manifest was poor; additional research should be undertaken to
confirm findings.
The manifest scribe did not number the passengers; the numbers have been added by the
transcriber.
All ditto marks on the original manifest have been replaced with the actual words
indicated.
The manifest scribe used a Germanic letter resembling 'fs'; to aid in reading, these
have been transcribed to 'ss'.
The Occupation 'Semstress' is probably Seamstress.
The Space Occupied was not clearly recorded with either words or ditto marks; only actual
words have been included in the transcription.
The words Infant or Inft were recorded with the infant's name; for ease of reading, this
notation has been placed into the Occupation column in this transcription.
The numbers in the captain's recapitulation were overwritten and it is not clear what the
final count was.
