DISTRICT OF NEW YORK - PORT OF NEW YORK
I, W^m B Moore Master of the Ship Patrick Henry do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear that the following List or Manifest, subscribed by me, and now delivered by Me to the Collector of the Customs of the Collection District of New York, is a full and perfect list of all the passengers taken on board of the said ship at London from which port said ship has now arrived; and that on said list is truly designated the age, the sex, and the occupation of each of said passengers, the part of the vessel occupied by each during the passage, the country to which each belongs, and also the country of which it is intended by each to become an inhabitant; and that said List or Manifest truly sets forth the number of said passengers who have died on said voyage, and the names and ages of those who died.

List or Manifest OF ALL THE PASSENGERS taken on board the Ship Patrick Henry whereof WBMoore is Master, from London burthen 881 88/ tons.
Columns represent: Name, Age, Sex, Occupation, The country to which they severally belong, The country to which they intend to become inhabitants, Died on the Voyage, and Part of the Vessel occupied by each passenger during the voyage. The Destination for all passengers was "U.S.A"; no deaths were recorded on the voyage; these columns have been omitted from the transcription.

?  The use of a ? indicates a word or letters that could not be read due to quality of 
   the original document.

^  The use of a ^ indicates that the letter/letters following are superscripted.

The transcription preserves the original spelling.

The manifest scribe did not number the passengers; the numbers have been added 
by the transcriber.

All ditto marks on the original manifest have been replaced with the actual words 
indicated.

The manifest scribe used a Germanic letter resembling 'fs'; to aid in reading, 
these have been transcribed to 'ss'.

 2 6th letter of Occupation illegible; rest of Occupation as written.
 3 First name as written.
14 2nd letter of surname obscured by fold/crease in manifest paper, illegible. 
15 Sex as written.
20 6th letter of surname obscured by lower extension of letter 
   'y' in surname above.
27 4th letter in first name not clear, could be Frear or Fredr.
31 First name recorded originally as Jacob, overwritten.
33 First name not consistent with Sex.
39 Occupation as written.
