Transcriber's Notes:

A question mark indicates material difficult or impossible to decipher.
An asterisk indicates an explantory footnote.
The superscript sign ^ indicates a name has been abbreviated and a small
letter written above the normal line.
Spellings have been transcribed as found in the original list, i.e. femael,
mael, and doghter and the various occupations. The designation woman seems to
indicate wife of the previous entry.
The writer of this list often omits the gender of children; however, in most
cases the given name is an obviouc indicator.
The list has been renumbered and rearranged for this web site listing
because the cabin passengers were numbered separately from the steerage
passengers; thus, I have listed the steerage passengers first and the cabin
passengers at the end of the list.
