Transcriber's Notes:

A question mark (?) indicates a letter or a number that can not be transcribed
  definitely.

An asterisk (*) indicates either difficulty in deciphering the handwriting of the
manifest or something in the Transcriber's Notes to which the reader should refer.

A caret (^) indicates that the following letter in a word or name is superscripted.

The transcriber numbers all the passengers consecutively 1 through 122, even
though the recorder of the original manifest numbered the Cabin passengers 1
through 5, and the Steerage passengers 1 through 117.

The recorder of the manifest often abbreviates given names by writing the first few
letters of the name, then skipping letters and then writing the final letter as
superscripted. In these cases, the transcriber uses the symbol (^) to indicate that
the following letter is superscripted, i.e., Tho^s for Thomas, Rob^t for Robert,
W^m for William, etc. Othertimes, the recorder abbreviates names by writing the
first few letters, skipping letters and then adding the final letter of the name,
i.e., Michl for Michael, Margt for Margaret, Thos for Thomas, etc..

The entry "United States" in the native country and destination country columns
is shortened to "U. States" for formatting reasons. "Male" and "Female" in the
Sex column are shortened to "M" and "F" for the same reason.

9 Surname is recorded as "Demehy", but might possibly be "Denehy" or "Dennehy".
10-11 Surname is recorded as "Murry", but might possibly be "Murray".
13 Given name appears to be written as "Alef", but might possibly be "Alex".
44 Surname appears to be written as "Sommerville" or "Sommesville", but might
         possibly be "Sommersville".
46 Surname is recorded as "Hirsh", but might possibly be "Hirsch".
67 Surname is possibly "Pewman", "Penman" or "Persman".
76 Given name appears to be written as "Dudrick", but might possibly be "Diedrich".
80 Surname is recorded as "Nowlan", but might possibly be "Nolan" or "Knowland".
90 Surname is recorded as "Meyhan", but might possibly be "Mehan".
110 Surname is either "Jamieson" or "Jameison".
112 First two letters of surname cannot be deciphered with certainty, but name
might possibly be "Crout" or "Shout", or more likely "Prout".
