DISTRICT OF NEW YORK - PORT OF NEW YORK
I, J. Meyer, Master of the SS Frisia, do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear that the following List or Manifest, subscribed by me, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs of the Collection District of New York, is a full and perfect list of all the passengers taken on board the said Vessel at Hamburg & Havre from which port said Vessel has now arrived; and that on said list is truly designated the age, the sex and the occupation of each of said passengers, the part of the vessel occupied by each during the passage, the country to which each belongs, and also the country of which it is intended by each to become an inhabitant; and that said List or Manifest truly sets forth the number of said passengers who have died on said voyage, and the names and ages of those who died.

5:       Juls could be short for Julius.
8:       the last name could be Goesner.
17:      the last name has been transcribed as seen, there seems to be a 
         letter missing between the n and the l.
21:      Name may be Mundorff.
23 - 26: surnames may be Tramer or Drawer.
27 - 29: Surname may be Dikan.
31:      the last name could be Frick.
33:      Surname may be Bollwat???
36 & 37: The spelling of the last name could be Schilling.
39.      Given name may be Theklir
41:      Surname may be Regnel. Gender and occupation don’t match.
43:      entire line has a line drawn thorugh it. Note in front of the name "not on board".
47:      the first name could be Laina.
49:      the occupation should probably be Cigarmaker.
52:      Hoffding is spelled with o Umlaut.
53:      the last name could be Spaetz.
54:      entire line has a line drawn through. In front of the name is a note "not on board".
59:      Lessmuller is spelled with u Umlaut.
61 & 62: the last name could be Vigeg.
63:      Surname may be D'lupfer or Dupfer
