DISTRICT OF NEW YORK - PORT OF NEW YORK
I, Peter A. Owens Master of the Ship "Christiana" do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear that the following List or Manifest, subscribed by me, and now delivered by Me to the Collector of the Customs of the Collection District of New York,is a full and perfect list of all the passengers taken on board of the said Ship "Christiana" at London from which port said Ship has now arrived; and that on said list is truly designated the age, the sex, and the occupation of each of said passengers, the part of the vessel occupied by each during the passage, the country to which each belongs, and also the country of which it is intended by each to become an inhabitant; and that said List or Manifest truly sets forth the number of said passengers who have died on said voyage, and the names and ages of those who died.

Columns represent: Name, Age, Sex, Occupation, The country to which they severally belong, The country to which they intend to become inhabitants, Died on the Voyage, and Part of the Vessel occupied by each passenger during the voyage. No deaths were recorded on this voyage and this column has been omitted from the transcription.

28  Based on first name, Occupation is recording error.
40  2nd and 3rd letters of surname not clear; 2nd letter could be 'a' or 'u', 3rd letter could 
    be 'o' or 'v'; Maobaum, Muobaum, Mavbaum, Muvbaum.
52  Most of Occupation illegible, probably Daughter.
63  1st word of Occupation illegible.
78  1st number of Age (yrs) not clear, could be 29y 8m or 39y 8m.
84  4th letter of first name not clear, could be Gaelenis or Gaetenis; first letter of surname 
    obscured by lower extension of letter 'f' in surname above.
87  First 2 letters of first name illegible.
93  Notation written in Country of Origin column, "Born on board"; no other information
