Transcriber's Notes:

* The captain apparently listed the company name as well as the port from which he came.
The port would be Bremen, Germany.

The column, "Died on the voyage" was eliminated as there were no deaths reported.

An asterisk (*) is used to refer to an item in the transcriber's notes, which
further explains the entry.

A question mark (?) is used for letter/letters that cannot be read because of the
quality of the document. Where possible a suggestion is given in the Transcriber's
Notes of what this letter/letters may be.

Even though the original lister numbered the passengers, he made a mistake at #70. He
numbered this one as #60 and continued on with the numbering. The transcriber has
rectified this, so numbers are 10 digits off from the point of #70 on this transcription,
when compared to the original manifest.

The original lister used the "leading s" for places such as Hefse and Mifsouri.
Indeed, he used it for his own name, Bosse. The transcriber has changed this where
found.

The original lister recorded the names as given name and then surname; the
transcriber has reversed this order for ease in alphabetizing and reference.

  1 Surname: Umlaut "o".
2 Surname: The first letter looks like a "T", but is probably an "F". Flotko, Flotho.
  9 Surname: Umlaut "a".
10 and 13 The "Country in which they intend to become inhabitants" is more fully:
Travels to his pleasure", so we can presume that these passengers did not stay in
     the United States.
 21 Surname: Umlaut "a".
30 Full given name is Anne Catharine
41 This name is at the fold of the document and cannot be read. Certainly it is another
child of the family, but neither name nor age can be read.
48-50 Actual location of where this passenger is from: Schwarzburg-Sondershen.
 56 Surname: Umlaut "u".
 57 Surname: Umlaut "a".
 58 Given name: Charles Frederick
 60 Surname: Umlaut "u".
