I, Thomas F. Roskell, Master of the Br Str City of Boston, do solemnly, sincerely, and truly swear that the following List or Manifest, subscribed by me, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs of the Collection District of New York, is a full and perfect List of all the Passengers taken on board the said Str at L'pool from which Port the said Str has now arrived; and that on said List is truly designated the age, the sex, and the occupation of each of said passengers, the part of the vessel occupied by each during the passage, the country to which each belongs, and also the country of which it is intended by each to become an inhabitant; and that said List or Manifest truly sets forth the number of said Passengers who have died on said Voyage and the names and ages of those who died.

The transcriber numbers all the passengers consecutively 1 through 494, even
though the recorder of the original manifest numbered the Cabin passengers 1
through 61, and the Steerage passengers 1 through 433.
The entry "United States" in the native country and destination country columns
is shortened to "U. States" for formatting reasons.

98-99 Surname is recorded as "Attee", but might possibly be "Atee" or McAtee".
101 Surname is recorded as "Corbitt", but might possibly be "Corbett".
102 Surname is recorded as "Flenery", but might possibly be "Flannery".
114-119 Surname appears to be written as "Bergstrone", but might possibly
be "Bergstrom".
136 First letter of surname cannot be deciphered with certainty, but name might
possibly be "Fallt" or "Hallt".
150 Surname is possibly "Hielm" or "Hulm".
165 The second or second and third letters of surname are obscured and cannot be
deciphered with certainty. Name is possibly "Harkton".
