Transcriber's Notes:
The use of an * indicates an omission or error made by the original recorder.
The use of a ? indicates a word or letters that could not be read due to the the condition
of the original document.
* There are two possibilities for Liberia. In Africa there is the country of Liberia.
There is also the city of Liberia in Costa Rica. Since several passengers appear to be
from the Caribbean area it is assumed this is Liberia, Costa Rica.
1 I question the first name-Penchey ??
18 Occupation cannot be read.
19 Occupation ?? This passenger is a maker of some kind; Icemaker,
Carpetmaker, Jinglemaker, Boilermaker, etc.
