Transcriber's Notes:

  * The use of an * indicates an omission or error made by the original recorder,
or an indication of further information to be found in the transcriber's notes.

? The use of a ? indicates a word or letters that could not be read due to the
the condition of the original document.

  * This transcriber has assumed the date of arrival would be approximately
January 20-21, 1861 since the ships near this one on the Reel arrived about
that time. All ships on this Reel landed at New York.

15 There is a notation about this passenger that is quite remarkable. It
said---Left Behind--- It creates an image of this person standing on the
          dock seeing the ship leave.
78-98 None of these passengers' ages are given and in the Occupation column is
          the notation--Not Noted.
111-114 Ages are not given.
120-123 Ages are not given.
