DISTRICT OF NEW YORK - PORT OF NEW YORK
I, J. Bestmann, do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear that the following List or Manifest of Passengers, subscribed by me, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs of the Collection District of New York, is a full and perfect list of all the passengers taken on board of the said ship at Bremen from which said ship has now arrived; and that on said list is truly designated the age, the sex, and the occupation of each of said passengers, the place of the vessel occuped by each during the passage, the country to which each belongs, and also the country of which it is intended by each to become an inhabitatn, and that said List or Manifest truly sets forth the number of said passengers who ave died on said voyage, and the names and ages of those who died.

Columns represent: passenger name, age, gender,(indicated in this list by m or f rather than by male or female as in the original), and occupation. The country or place of origin and destination columns have been omitted in this list because it was Germany and the U.S. of America for all the passengers except for #7.

 4      Surname may be Minch. 
 7      Country of origin is listed as the United States.
 9      Age may be 9, 7, or 1.
25      Note in death column:  Julius H. Petrich died on 5th of June
42      There is something entered between the given and the surnames for
        this entry, but it is overwritten and seems to be the correction
        of a mistake. 
60-63   Surname may be Mutz.
65      Surname has an umlauted "o" so may be Goerries.
