I, John W Reed, do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear that the within list, subscribed with my name, contains to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just or true account or report, of all passengers who have been taken on board the Barque Nautilus at Rio de Janeiro or at any other foreign port, or at sea, and brought in said ..Barque Nautilus into any District of the United States since the departure of said port of (left blank).
