I, John W Reed, do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear that the within list, subscribed with my name, contains to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just or true account or report, of all passengers who have been taken on board the Barque Nautilus at Rio de Janeiro or at any other foreign port, or at sea, and brought in said ..Barque Nautilus into any District of the United States since the departure of said port of (left blank). Sworn the 20th of September 1845 before (illegible signature)
List of all the Passengers taken on board the Barque Nautilus of Baltimore at Rio de Janeiro.
Coloumns represent: Name, age, sex, Occupation, country to which they belong, country to which they intend to become inhabitants, died on the passage.
