8 Robert C. Maywood was an actor in the early 1800s. He played the lead roles in
three stage presentations of works by James Fenimore Cooper: The Spy, The Pioneers,
and The Pilot. Mr. Maywood also managed the Chestnut Street Theatre in Philadelphia,
and was the step-father of Augusta Maywood, the first American ballet dancer to
achieve the rank of Prima Ballerina in Europe.
10 The name could be Bennton or Brunton. I would lean more towards Brunton.
18 The name is either Hewartt or Howartt. I would lean more towards Hewartt.
18-23 There is an occupation listed for Isabella which looks like Geams or Germs Kross
or Kroff. I am certain that the first letter is a capitalized 'G', the fourth
letter is an 'm' and the fifth letter is an 's'. The next 5 ladies have a 'do'
(for ditto) in the occupation column.
