Transcriber's Notes:
The use of an * indicates an omission, error or an explanation of
notations made by the original recorder.
The use of a ? indicates a word or letters that could not be read, due to the
quality of original document.
The use of an ^ indicates the latter part of the name was superscribed.
This manifest was numbered by the transcriber.
10 Surname could be Besdunk.
14 This name could also be ?abby.
25 Given name could be Minny, but all the letters after the i run together
and couldn't be deciphered.
33 Given name begins with an M, but subsequent letters have been written over and
effectively blacked out, making it unreadable.
61 There is a line drawn through this name, but passenger is counted at the end, and
no one was listed as dying, so transcriber is uncertain as to meaning of the line.
65 Surname could be Fonegan.
73 Although this child is dittoed male under the passenger above, it is also written
in as 'infgirl' in the occupation column.
77 Surname could be Clancey.
81 Surname could be Berren.
95 First letter of given name is either H or M.
96 This passenger could possibly be 8-years-old instead of 8 months, but in the
occupation column is written Infant, so this transcriber is not sure as to the
actual age; especially since the child below has the same surname and is listed
as 11 months and an infant. There was also a notation beside the numeral 8 in
the age column, but it was rubbed out and cannot be deciphered.
99 Given name could be Mary.
105 Given name could be Mary or Meg.
112 Surname could be Halurtz.
115-121 All the cabin passengers were listed as "bound to Boston".
