On the day of the date hereof before me, personally appeared William
Dobinson, Master of the British Bark Belvidere and made oath that

McNamara, and Anne Hennessey, were put on the ship passenger manifest
on entering at the Custom House as Steerage passengers by mistake;
they having come in the Cabin of said vessel.

Transcriber's Notes:

The use of an * indicates an omission or error made by the original recorder.
The use of a ? indicates a word or letters that could not be read due
 to the condition of the original document.

*The port of embarkation is shown as Limerick and Liverpool. Perhaps
 the voyage started at Limerick, then went to Liverpool and finally on
 to New York.

*Cannot read a couple of words at the heading of the note at the
 bottom of the Manifest nor the last name of the Notary Public.
