I, Wm. N. Cooksey, Master of S.S. Tappahannock, do solemnly swear to the best of my knowledge and belief that this list contains a true account of the Passengers taken on board the S.S. Tappahannock at Havana & Fla. Ports and bound for New Orleans together with their nationality, etc., as designated. So Help Me God. (Signed) Wm. N. Cooksey, Master.  4  surname possibly spelled Meis or Meir.

11  surname possibly spelled Downis or Dowan or Dowim or Downi.
13  same as #11.
15-17   same as #11.
20  surname could be spelled Kniqer or Kniger or possibly Kreiger.
