I, H. Erdmann, Master of S.S. Strassburg from the Port of Bremen do solemnly, sincerely, and truly swear that the above list contains the names and descriptions of the Passengers who were on board the said German Steamship at the time of or since her departure from the said Port of Bremen or that have been taken on board the said vessel at any foreign port or place, and that none have died on the voyage. 6 age was recorded as 16-1/2. This has been changed by the formatter to 16y 6m.
10 origin for passengers #10-14 was partially obliterated by a dark piece of tape,
though some of the origins were obvious. For #10, there may not be another
letter after the n.
11 origin is possibly Danemark, but not certain of the last letters.
12 possibly 5 letters in name of place of origin, something like Lerb? or Lest?
and not certain about the e.
13 the origin was partially covered but it's legible through the dark shadow.
14 same as #13.
19 origin possibly begins with L, something like Loitzkon or Lvitzkow, doesn't seem
to begin with S.
