I, A. Reid, Master of Br. S.S. St. Louis, do solemnly swear to the best of my knowledge and belief that this list contains a true account of the Passengers taken on board the Br. S.S. "Saint Louis" at Liverpool and bound for New Orleans together with their nationality, etc., as designated. (Signed) Archibald Reid, Master. Report and List of Passengers taken on board the Br. S.S. "Saint Louis" of Liverpool whereof A. Reid is Master, burthen 1187 tons, bound from the Port of Liverpool for New Orleans, via Corunna & Havana.

Transcriber's Notes:     
  
*   An asterisk indicates an error on the part of the original recorder, not
    the transcriber, or is used to call your attention to additional information
    in the transcriber's notes.
 
?   Indicates a letter or number which could not be determined due to the
    condition of the manifest or handwriting of the original recorder. 

*   There is a Corunna in the Canary Islands; there is also something called 
    Corunna Seamount somewhat west of Spain.  

 1  surname could be Boeker or possibly Bocker.
 7-9  surname could be spelled Nono or Novo or Noro possibly. 
10  there doesn't really seem to be a first name here, though perhaps the Mr. is Wm., 
    but not at all certain.
11  surname looks like it could be spelled Bertesio or Besterio or Berteno or similar.
18  surname looks like Mozaneita.
20  there is no surname nor are there ditto marks for the surname.
24  first name looks as if it is spelled Elimian.
