Ship Republic
I, D C Landis, do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear, that the within list, subscribed with my name, contains, to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account or report of all passengers, who have been taken on board the Ship Republic at Liverpool or at any other foreign port, or at sea, and brought in said ship to Baltimore of the United States since the departure from said port of Liverpool.

Report of Passengers arrived in the Ship Republic of which D C Landis is Master, on board the 16th of March 1847 from Liverpool.
Columns represent: Name, Age, Where Born, Last Place of Settlement, Allegiance, Occupation. Only Name and Age are listed since the entries in all other columns are the same for almost all passengers. All were born in Ireland except Passengers #45 thru #49 who were English; Last place of Settlement is listed as England since they all embarked at Liverpool; Allegiance is shown as England; Laborer is given as the Occupation for all except Passenger #45 who was a Tailor. Deaths are noted on the line with the passenger and also in the Transcriber's Notes. Suspect #8 & #9 Died but cannot read the notations after their names.
