I, James Kennedy, Master of the Br. Str. "City of Paris", do solemnly, sincerely, and truly swear that the following List or Manifest, subscribed by me, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs of the Collection District of New York, is a full and perfect List of all the Passengers taken on board the said SS City of Paris at Liverpool from which Port the said (blank) has now arrived; and that on said List is truly designated the age, the sex, and the occupation of each of said passengers, the part of the vessel occupied by each during the passage, the country to which each belongs, and also the country of which it is intended by each to become an inhabitant; and that said List or Manifest truly sets forth the number of said Passengers who have died on said Voyage and the names and ages of those who died. Columns represent: given name and surname, age, sex, occupation, the country to which they severally belong and part of the vessel occupied by each passenger during the voyage. Since all the passengers intend to become inhabitants of the United States, and no one died during the voyage, these two columns are omitted in this transcription.

I find on Your list 2 uncles. Passenger number 40 Joseph Gaillard and
number 44 Léon Gaillard not Gaileard as transcribed).
Passengers 37 to 44 came from Herbeumont, Belgium and not Germany.
Number 37 is Emile Gaupin. Number 38 is well Joseph Boulanger and number
41 is well Joseph Lamotte. Number 42 is Jean Bosquet and 43 Eugène
