So help me God. (signed) W'm McMickan. Sworn to at New York this 21st day of July 1884, Before me. (signed) ?????????.

Transcriber's Notes:
An asterisk (*) indicates either difficulty in deciphering the handwriting of the
manifest or something that the reader should note.
A question mark (?) indicates a letter or a number that can not be transcribed
definitely.
In the column heading "The country of which they are citizens", the word "citizens"
has had a line drawn through it, and above it hand written the word "natives". This
was repeated on each page of the manifest.
The recorder of the passenger manifest often abbreviated given names by writing the first
few letters of the name, then skipping letters and then writing the final letter as
superscripted and underlined which in this transcription is indicated by the symbol (')
preceding the superscripted and underlined letter. The recorder also employed two
unusual abbreviations: "Ge'o" for George (usually abbreviated "Geo.") and "Jn'o" for John
(usually abbreviated "Jno").

302 Surname appears to be written as "Rulton", but might possibly be "Rutton".
310-311 Surname is either "Full" or "Fall".
317 Calling likely is "Distiller", but appears written more like "Distilled" or
"Distitled".
320 Given name likely is "Honora", but appears to be written as "Hanora".
347 Surname appears to be either "Planco", "Plana" or "Planas".
352-353 Given names may be "Cohen", which some Jews pronounce as "Coin" so it may have been
recorded the way it sounded. Cohen is a rank--the high priests and rabbis were Cohens.
353 Surname is possibly "Marcus", "Morino" or "Marino".
356-357 Surname appears to be either "Lever" or "Leves".
359 Surname appears to be either "Lever" or "Leves".
367 First word of Calling is definitely "Leather". The second word is not clear, but
appears to be "Mch", perhaps intended as an abbreviation for "Merchant".
382 Middle intitial might be "A", "H" or "N". Surname might be "Bectson", "Bastson" or
"Beetson" as the second and third letters are very faint.
386 Surname is possibly "Guggenheim" although it appears to be written as "Guggenhim"
or "Guggenhine".
392 Surname appears to be written as "Rayner" or "Raxner".
411 First letter of surname is very faint, but possibly is "L" or "K" followed by "ald"
followed by either "n" or "u" followed by "ar". Surname possibilities include
"Laldnar", "Kaldnar", "Lalduar" and "Kalduar". Calling is recorded as "President
of Salvador" extending into the Citizenship column in which there is no entry.
413 Surname is possibly "Transenster", "Transcuster" or "Transcustes".
417 First Letter of surname is questionable, but surname might be "Tennard" or "Vennard".
420 Surname appears to be either "Almonti" or "Almonte".
431-432 Letters in surname are hard to resolve u's, n's, or m's from i's or e's.
Surname possibilities include "Hudusst", "Hudnut", "Hudnest" and "Huchust".
445 Age appears to be either 37 or 51.
461 Surname appears to be either "Borette" or "Bovette".
462 Surname appears to be either "Shannon" or "Shanson".
470 Middle initial could be either "O" or "D".
479 Age and surname were overwritten so accuracy is dubious.
486-488 Surname is either "Crook" or "Crooks".
494 Surname is either "Bennott" or "Bennolt".
495 Surname appears to be either "McLogan" or "McLagan".
