Transcriber's Notes:

Transcription of this manifest was difficult because the writing was faint and the
recorder's formation of letters was not clear. Although transcribed with deliberate
care, the resulting names and ages should be viewed with some skepticism.

An asterisk (*) indicates either difficulty in deciphering the handwriting of the
manifest or something that the reader should note.

A question mark (?) indicates a letter or a number that can not be transcribed
  definitely.

The sex of passengers was recorded as "male" or "female" on the manifest but has been
shortened in this transcription to "M" or "F" for formatting reasons.

In the columns headed "Country of which they are citizens", "Native country" and
"Intended destination or location", the actual recorded entry of "U.S. of America"
was replaced by "U.S.A." for formatting reasons.

Passenger Notes:

76 Surname appears to be either "Silsson" or "Nilsson".
77 Given name appears to be written as "Math", but might actually be "Matts". First
letter of surname appears to be "S". The following several letters are so faint as
to be invisible. The remaining letters in the surname are clearly either "dshorn"
or "dstrom". Surname is possibly "Sandstrom" or "Sundstrom".
78 Given name is too faint to decipher even the number of letters. There is
either a middle name or a surname which is also too faint to decipher, followed
by "Dotter". It is possible that "Dotter" is not the surname, but the title
"daughter" following the undecipherable surname. The name preceding "Dotter"
might possibly be "Augustus". The surname might then possibly be "Augustusdotter".
79 The name of "Blenda Anderson" has a line drawn through it and the name
     "Johan Steinberg" written over it.
80 The given name "Th??sa" has a line drawn through it and the given name "E???sa"
written over it. First several letters of surname are poorly formed and not
decipherable, but the remaining letters are clearly "sson". Surname is possibly
     "Nilsson".
81 The name "Anders Englund" has a line drawn through it and the name
"Augusta Selinberg" written over it. Age might possibly be 21 or 28.
81-84 Letters of surname are poorly formed, especially the first few letters. The
first letter might be "S" followed by "e" followed by "lin" but this is far from
certain. The end of the surname is clearly "berg". Surname might be "Selinberg"
or "????nberg". Since ditto marks were recorded in place of the surname of
passengers Nos. 82-84, it is not certain whether the surname is supposed to be
"Englund" which had a line drawn through it, or "Selinberg which was written over
the top of "Englund" for passenger No. 81.
86 Surname begins with "Berg" followed by several letters that are unclear but look
like "Bergina". Surname is possibly "Bergman", "Bergeman" or something similar.
88-90 First part of surname is "Haka" followed by "fson" or "sson", resulting in
surname being either "Hakafson" or "Hakasson".
89 Given name is unreadable. Either there was no entry of the number of pieces of
baggage or it is too faint to see.
92 Surname appears to begin with either "L" or "S" followed by either "undborg" or
"indborg", resulting in surname possibilities of "Lundborg", "Sundborg",
     "Lindborg" or "Lindberg".
93 Calling is faint and too unclear to decipher. The first letter is possibly "H"
followed by a letter going below the line, possibly "y", followed by two or three
letters that are too unclear to decipher, followed by what appears to be either
     "pop" or "pap".
94 Middle name begins with "E", but additional letters of the name, if any,
     are not visible.
96 Middle initial is unclear, but might be "C" or "N". Surname appears to be
written as "Olavssen", but might be "Olanssen" or "Olafssen".
97 Middle initial is unclear, but might be "C". Surname is possibly "Holmshorn"
     or Holmstrom".
98 First letter of given name is unclear, but might be "K" resulting in "Kris".
Surname appears to be either "Jersson" or "Persson".
99-100 First three letters of surname appear to be "Dak" followed by an
undecipherable letter, followed by "o", followed by one or perhaps two
undecipherable letters. Surname is possibly "Dakson".
99 First digit of are is unclear, but age is possibly 13 or more likely 63.
100 Given name clearly begins with "Gud" followed by letters which are much less
decipherable, but appear to be "r" followed by a very poorly formed "mman"
     or something similar.
101 First digit of Age is unclear, but Age is either 39 or 59.
105 "Son" in the place of the first name is likely his title rather than name.
Given name is faint and difficult to read, but might possibly though not
     definitely be "Pers".
105-107 Surname appears to be either "Nallson" or "Nattson".
106 "Son" in the place of the first name is likely his title rather than name.
Given name is faint and difficult to read, but might possibly though not
     definitely be "Lars".
107 "?otter" in the place of the first name is likely her title of "mother" or
"daughter" rather than her name. The first letter appears more like an "M"
than a "D", but the recorded Age although less than clear, appears to be 4
     indicating daughter rather than mother.
108-110 Calling is poorly formed and difficult to decipherable, but appears to be
     "Husher" or something similar.
109 First letters of given name are clearly "Kar" followed by two or three
undecipherable letters which appear to be "na" or "un" or something similar.
Name is possibly "Karna" or "Karun".
110 "Son" in the place of the first name is likely his title rather than name.
112-114 Surname is unclear but appears to be "Lipon", "Lifsen" or "Lifson".
112 Second digit of Age is unclear, but Age is likely 31 or 36.
115 Given name is either "Jacob" with middle initial "J", or is "Jacoby" with no
      middle initial.
116 Surname appears written as "Sweisson", but might be "Swenson" or "Seversson".
117 "Son" in the place of the first name is likely his title rather than name. First
letter(s)of last name are unclear, but the last letters are "ear". Since this
passenger is listed as "Son", his surname might be the same as passenger #116,
"Sweisson" or one of the alternates mentioned, but ditto marks are not visible
indicating this. The surname might be "??ear" as recorded.
118 Surname appears written as "Eliason", but might possibly be "Eliasson".
119-121 Surname appears written as "Jonason", but might possibly be "Jonasson".
121 First digit of Age is unclear, but Age is either 26 or 56.
122 Given name appears to begin with "O", but other letters, if any, are too faint
to see. Number of pieces of baggage is too faint to read.
123 Initials of given and middle names are possibly "N.I." or "N.J.". First letter
of surname is likely "N" or "S" resulting in surname being either "Nodstrom"
     or "Sodstrom".
125 Age is a single digit but not clear. Age appears to possibly be 5.
133 First letter of middle name is "A", followed by what appears to be "aja" or
"aje", so name might be "Aaja" or "Aaje".
134 First letter of surname appears to be "G" followed by several letters that are
poorly formed and unreadable, but might include an "f", followed by "lsen".
141 Surname is possibly "Sherer", "Sheen" or "Shun".
151 There's a mark in the Calling column that looks like a vertical line, like the
number 1. Maybe the mark was made to indicate that she was the wife of passenger
No. 149 and the sister-in-law of passenger No. 150.
153 Given name might possibly be "Enina", "Erica" or "Emina".
158 Given name is faint and difficult to decipher, but might be "Emelie", "Emilie"
     or "Emily".
160 Surname appears to be either "Hulander" or "Halander".
