Transcriber's Notes:

Transcription of this manifest was difficult because the writing was faint and the
recorder's formation of letters was not clear. Although transcribed with deliberate
care, the resulting names and ages should be viewed with some skepticism.

An asterisk (*) indicates either difficulty in deciphering the handwriting of the
manifest or something that the reader should note.

A question mark (?) indicates a letter or a number that can not be transcribed
  definitely.

The sex of passengers was recorded as "male" or "female" on the manifest but has been
shortened in this transcription to "M" or "F" for formatting reasons.

In the columns headed "Country of which they are citizens", "Native country" and
"Intended destination or location", the actual recorded entry of "U.S. of America"
was replaced by "U.S.A." for formatting reasons.

Passenger Notes:

1-2 Surname appears to be "Buhe" but the letters are faint and difficult to
decipher. Surname might also be "Bulie". In the column headed "Whether
visitor only, or intending to be permanent settlers", under the entry
     "Tourist" is written "American Citizen".
3 Surname is faint and difficult to decipher, but appears to possibly begin
with "D" followed by an undecipherable letter, probably either the vowel "e"
or "a, followed by "ll" and possibly "eo". Surname is possibly "Delleo".
Age is too faint to decipher.
4 Middle initial is poorly formed, but is possibly though not definitely "P".

by the letters "lyod". Surname is possibly "Lloyd" but miswritten as "Llyod".
6 First name initial is unclear, but is possibly "N" or "O". First digit of Age
is unclear, but Age is possibly 25.

name being either "Get" or "Git".
14 Last letter of surname is unclear. Surname might be "Filfore" or "Filford".
19 Age appears to be either 30 or 31. Although Destination entry is clearly
written as "SansFrancisco", it is likely that "San Francisco" was intended.
19-20 Surname might be either "Yennan" or "Lennan".
20 Distination is two words. The first is clearly "South"; the second is poorly
written, but appears to be six letters beginning with "F" followed by several
small letters which extend neither above nor below the line and might possibly
     be "arner" or something similar.

be "au" or "an" followed by a tall letter possibly "l" or "b". Name is

33 The first letter of given name is certainly "E", but the remaining three or
four letters are faint and uncertain, but the last letter is possibly "n". First
three or four letters of surname are faint and uncertain, but the first letter
is likely "L" and the second and third might be "in". The fourth letter is
invisible. The remaining letters are likely "berg". Surname is possibly but
not certainly "Lindberg". Calling is also unclear, but is possibly "Miss".
34 Surname is likely "Ofermark", or less likely "Termark". Entry for passenger's
Calling appears to be "Mr" or something similar of only two or three letters.
35-39 First letters of surname appears to be "Urd" followed by a letter that might
be either "e" or "i" followed by one or two letters that are too faint to
decipher, though the second of the two letters might be "g". The last letters
are clearly "sen". Surname might possibly be "Urdegsen", "Urdergsen",
"Urdirgsen" or "Urdigsen" or something similar.
40 Surname appears written as "Gastafson", but might possibly be "Gustafson",
     Gustafsson" or "Gastafsson".

by "n" or "r". The third letter is likely "f" followed by possibly "r" and then
"un". First digit of age is either "2" or "7" resulting in Age being either 23
or 73. Calling is two words. The first appears to begin "La" but the following
two or three letters are unclear. The second word is possibly though not
     certainly "Minister".
45 Second digit of Age is very faint, but Age appears to be either 33 or 35.
46 First three letters of given name are "Apl" followed by several letters not
clearly written but appear to be "inar" or something similar. Name might
     possibly be "Aplinar".
47 First letter of given name could be either "H", "K" or "N" resulting in name being
     either "Hildur", "Kildur" or "Nildur".
49 The entry for the number of pieces of baggage is either absent or too faint
     to be visible.

     female.
51 Surname appears to be "Breltsdorff", "Briltsdorff" or "Brettsdorff".

resulting in a surname of "Eason", "Eison" or "Esson".

followed by "a" or "o" and then clearly "berg". Surname is possibly "Sjoberg"
     or "Syaberg".
58 Second digit of Age is unclear, but Age is possibly 13, 15 or 18.
