SS City of Merida
I, J. W. Reynolds, Master of the above-named Steamship City of Merida, from the Ports of New York, Havana, and Mexico do solemnly, sincerely, and truly swear that the above List contains the names and descriptions of all the Passengers who were on board the said Steamship City of Merida at the time of or since her last departure from the said Ports of New York, Havana, and Mexico, or that have been taken on board the said vessel at any foreign port or place, and that none have died on the voyage.
