Transcriber's Notes:

An asterisk (*) indicates either difficulty in deciphering the handwriting of the
manifest or something in the Transcriber Notes to which the reader should refer.

A question mark (?) indicates a letter or a number that can not be transcribed
  definitely.

A caret (^) indicates that the following letters in the word or name are superscripted.

inhabitants likely refers to "British North America", which we know today as "Canada".
4 Surname appears to be either "Hovey" or "Honey".
5 Middle letters of surname are poorly formed and cannot be deciphered with certainty,
     but surname is possibly "Byron".
6 Second and third letters of surname are unclear and cannot be deciphered with any
confidence, but surname is possibly "Heeser", "Haeser" or "Hauser".

Surname clearly begins "Cam" followed by "ar", "ast" or something similar. Surname
possibilities include "Camar", "Camast" and others.
26 Surname appears to be either "Meakin" or "Meatlin".
27 First letter of surname is unclear, but is possibly "P" or "T" resulting in possible
     surname "Praker" or "Traker".
30-31 Surname appears to be "State", "States" or "Stater".
32 Letters in surname are poorly formed and cannot be deciphered with certainty.
Surname clearly begins "Ra" followed by either "mf" or "nsf" followed by one, two
or three letters impossible to decipher followed by either "d" or "t'. Surname is
possibly "Ramfort", "Ransfort", "Ramford", "Ransford", or something similar.
"B.N.A." entered in the columns for country of citizenship and country in which they
intend to become inhabitants likely refers to "British North America", which we
     know today as "Canada".
