DISTRICT OF BALTIMORE - PORT OF BALTIMORE
I, Richard May, do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear, that the within list, to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account or report, of all the passengers who have been taken on board the Schooner Jane May at Tralee or any other foreign port or at sea, and brought in said Schooner to any District of the United States, since the departure from said port of Tralee.

All the passengers are from Ireland and they are all destined for the United States so those two columns are eliminated. There were no deaths so that column is also eliminated.
