I, Robert Watson, Master of the above-named Steamer Haytian, from the Port of Vera Cruz, do solemnly, sincerely, and truly swear that the above List contains the names and descriptions of all the Passengers who were on board the said Steamer at the time of her last departure from the said Port of Vera Cruz, or that have been taken on board the said vessel at any foreign port or place, and that none have died on the voyage.
