DISTRICT OF NEW ORLEANS - PORT OF NEW ORLEANS
I, S. T. Phillips, Master of the above-named City of Havana, from the Port of Vera Cruz, do solemnly, sincerely, and truly swear that the above List contains the names and description of all the Passengers who were on board the said S.S. City of Havana at the time of or since her last departure from the said Port of Vera Cruz, or that have been taken on board the said vessel at any foreign port or place, and that none have died on the voyage.   1  surname could be spelled Drees or Drus.
  6-7  surname spelled both Jelly and Jolly.
  8  surname looks like Merunan or Meriman.
  9  surname possibly spelled Pasternka or Pastunka or similar.
 10  uncertain if the surname is Rothkain or Kain.  Looks like Roth Kain.  
 20  first name looks like Rauim.
 21-23  surname could be Escandin or Escaudin.
 26  surname looks like Auew or Auen.
 43  surname Wicchers or Wiechers.
 51  age could be 13 or 15.
