DISTRICT OF NEW YORK - PORT OF NEW YORK
I, S. Cooper, Master of the S.S. State of Georgia do solemnly, sincerely, and truly declare that the following List or Manifest, subscribed by me, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs of the Collection District of New York, is a full and perfect list of all the Passengers taken on board of the said Steamship at Glasgow & Larne, from which port said steamship has now arrived; and on said list is truly designated the age, the sex, and the occupation of each of said passengers, the part of the vessel occupied by each during the passage, the country to which each belongs, and also the country of which it is intended by each to become an inhabitant; and that said List or Manifest truly sets forth the number of said passengers who have died on said voyage, and the names and ages of those who died

There were no deaths on this voyage

  1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 8 - Above the word 'Germany' in the 'Country to which they belong',
                     was writen 'Prussia'
  1, 2 - Occupation is probably 'Medical Student'
  3 - Occupation could also be 'Mechanic'. Writing is very poor.
  5 to 8 - Ending of surname could also be 'witz'
  9 - Surname could also be 'Anderson'
 15 - Surname couls also be 'Scolly' or 'Scully'
 16 - Last name is very hard to read. Could possibly be 'Kew' or 'Ken'.
