I, L. Trudelle, Master of the S.S. France do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear that the following List or Manifest, subscribed by me, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs of the Collection District of New York, is a full and perfect list of all the passengers gaken on board of the said S.S. France at Havre from which port said steamer has now arrived; and that on said list is truly designated the age, the sex, and the occupation of each of said passengers, the part of the vessel occupied by each during the passage, the country to which each belongs, and also the country of which it is intended by each to become an inhabitant; and that said List or Manifest truly sets forth the number of said passengers who have died on said voyage, and the names and ages of those who died.

List or Manifest of all the Passenger taken on board the S.S. France, whereof Trudelle is Master, from Havre; Burthen 3033 tons.
Columns represent: name, age, sex, occupation, the country to which they severally belong, the country to which they intend to become inhabitants, part of the vessel occupied by each passenger during the voyage. As no one died on the voyage, that column was eliminated.

As the ship and the captain were French, the passengers titles were listed
as M., Mme., Mlle. and Enfant. These have been translated by this transcriber
to Mr., Mrs., Miss and Child.
In reference to the notations listed below, this transcriber could not find
any explanation as to the meaning.
3 This name was transcribed as G. Howard Wello. Possibly the surname is then
Wello, rather than Howard. Also, there was an 'X' inscribed after US in the
country column, possibly indicating this passenger was a US citizen.
7 The notation 1-0 was written in between the two country columns.
9 Surname could be Kostowski.
10 The notation 2-0 was written in between the two country columns..
12 The notation 1-0 was written in between the two country columns..
22 Surname could be Saper. Also, there was an 'X' inscribed after US
in the country column, possibly indicating this passenger was a US citizen.
23 Surname could be Pans. Questioned letters too faded to read.
