New Orleans, Louisiana and Havana, Cuba to New York

DISTRICT OF NEW YORK - PORT OF NEW YORK
I, J. D. Bulloch, Master of the Steamship De Soto due solemnly, sincerely, and truly _____ that the following List or Manifest, subscribed by me, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs of the Collection District of New York, is a full and perfect list of all the passengers taken on board the said Ship at ______ from which port the said Steam Ship has now arrived; and that on said list is truly designated the age, the sex, and the occupation of each of said passengers, the part of the vessel occupied by each during the passage, the country to which each belongs, and also the country of which it is intended by each to become an inhabitant; and that said List or Manifest truly sets forth the number of said Passengers who have died on said Voyage and the names and ages of those who died.

List or Manifest of all the passengers taken on board the Steamship De Soto whereof J D Bulloch is Master, from New Orleans and Havanna, burthen 1600 tons
Columns represent: Passenger number, Name, Age, Sex, Occupation, Country to which they belong, Destination Country. No one died on voyage and all were berthed in a cabin so those columns were eliminated.

 29  Mr Gilbar?? is probably Mrs. Gilbaren.
 37-38 Numbers in age column as stated on manifest.
 39  Initial faint. Surname Baltic or Baltu.
 40  First initial may be G.
 45  Surname could be Alark or Ulark; probable not Clark.
 48  Surname could be Tapier or Tapra. 
 51  Surname could be de Luna or de Liena.
 52  Age could be 37 or 57.
 55  Best guess for surname is Broad.  
 69-70 Copy was faint so I was not absolutely certain of surname or age.
