I, G.F. Quintin, Master of the Br. Str. So help me God. (signed) Geo. F. Quintin. Sworn to this 28 June 1884, before me. (signed) L. Hopper, Deputy Collector.

Columns represent: given name and surname, age, sex, calling, the country of which they are citizens, native country, intended destination or location, number of pieces of baggage, location of compartment or space occupied and whether transient, in transit or intending a protracted sojourn. Transcriber's Notes:

The abbreviation "Br." before the Steamer Dalton likely means that the ship
was of British ownership or registry.

An asterisk (*) indicates either difficulty in deciphering the handwriting of the
manifest or something that the reader should note.

A question mark (?) indicates a letter or a number that can not be transcribed
    definitely.

4 Surname is either "Halcrow" or "Kalcrow".
9 Surname is not carefully written, but clearly beginns with "Mo" followed by a
poorly formed letter or letters which might be either "n" or "rr" followed by a
clearly written "e". Surname is likely either "Mone" or "Morre".
11 Surname is very faint and difficult to read, but clearly begins with "A" followed
by several poorly formed letters which might be "rmu", "nnu" or something similar
followed by "yel". Possible surnames include "Armuyel" and "Annuyel" and others.
Second digit of Age is very faint, but Age is possibly 42. Countries of Citizenship
and of Nativity are too faint to read.
12 First three letters of given name are poorly written, but name is possibly "Henry".
Surname clearly begins with "M" followed by a letter which appears to be raised
and underlined, likely a "c". The remainder of the surname is too faint to even
estimate the numbers of letters. Countries of Citizenship and of Nativity are also
       too faint to read.
