Transcriber's Notes:

A question mark (?) indicates a letter or a number that can not be transcribed
definitely.

A caret (^) indicates that the following letter in a word or name is
superscripted.

An asterisk (*) indicates either difficulty in deciphering the handwriting of
the manifest or something in the Transcriber Notes to which the reader should
refer.

The recorder of the manifest often abbreviates given names by writing the first
few letters of the name, then skipping letters and then writing the final
letter as superscripted. In these cases, the transcriber uses the symbol (^)
to indicate that the following letter was superscripted, i.e., Edw^d for
Edward, Fred^k for Fredrick, Mich^l for Michael, etc.

As a matter of routine, the recorder substituted "Mc" for "Mac" in the surnames
of the Irish passengers.

3 Surname appears to be written as "Galler", but might possibly be "Waller"
and related to passenger number 2.
4 Passenger's Age is not recorded or, if recorded, is not visible on the
    manifest.
6-8 Surname is recorded as "Lave", but might possibly be "Love".
9 Surname is recorded as "Blomberg", but might possibly be "Blamberg",
    "Bloomberg" or "Blumberg".
16 Name is recorded as "Wing Arch", but might possibly be "Arch Wing".
18 Surname appears to be written as Mollary", but might possibly be "Molloy"
    or "Molony".
23 Surname appears to be recorded as "Daley", but might actually be spelled
    "Daly".
26 Surname is either "Vanders" or "Vandus".
27 Surname is recorded as "Blamberg", but might possibly be "Blomberg",
    "Bloomberg" or "Blumberg".
