Brig Commerce


St. Thomas, V.I. to Baltimore, Maryland
13 September 1845

I, Wm. B. Blanchard, do solemly and truly swear, that the list subscribed with my name, contains to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account or report, of all the passengers, who have been taken on board the Brig Commerce at St. Thomas, or at any foreign port at sea, and brought in said Brig into any district of the United States since the departure from the port of St. Thomas.
