SS Charles W. Lord
I, Lodge Colton, do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear that the Report or Manifest subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the District of New Orleans contains, to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true acount of all the passengers which were on board the Steamship Ch's W. Lord at the time of her sailing from the port of Havana or which have been taken on board at any time since; that I am at present, and have been during the voyage, master of the said vessel. And I do likewise swear that all matters whatsoever in the said Report or Manifest are, to the best of my knowledge and belief, just and true. (Signed) Lodge Colton. Transcriber's Notes:
There is a possibility that the middle initial of the ship name is M. Of the voyages
seen so far, twice the initial was M and 3 times it was W.
No passengers died on the voyage, according to the manifest.
1 surname could be spelled Heimann or Humann.
4 surname looks like Brocheton possibly, but the letter in question has a mark over it.
