Transcriber's Notes:
* An asterisk indicates an error on the part of the original recorder, not the transcriber,
or calls attention to additional information in the transcriber notes.
The first two paragraphs above are printed as part of the form for this list. The next
paragraph is a stamp placed on the body of the page and then completed.
The pages on this film are not numbered so finding a particular ship can be difficult.
However, there appears to be a system of numbering the manifests. In this portion of the
film the numbers are not in exact order. These numbers are included in the identification
of the film and reel numbers below.
The cover sheet for this list a note.
I certify that I have this day landed the within named Chinese passengers
(signature) WW Presbury, Chinese Inspector May 21, 1894
The following columns had identical entries for all passengers and so were not included in
the table:
No of Certificate=no entries
Color of Eyes=Dark
If accredited officers of Chinese Government, state facts=no entries
3,4 The missing letter in these names is the same. It could by Y or G. It does not look exactly
like the Y in the name of passenger 1. Thus the names are:
Woo Gee Gun or Woo Yee Yun and Woo Ah Gam or Woo Ah Yam.
