I, John Gimlatt do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear, that the within list, subscribed with my name, contains to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account or report of all passengers, who have been taken on board the Barque Barbadian at Liverpool, or at any other foreign port, or at sea, and brought in said Barque to any district of the United States, since the departure from said port of Liverpool. Sworn the 14 June 1847 before Law. Fernandes, Notary Public. Signed John Gimlatt.
