ANCHOR LINE OF TRANSATLANTIC STEAM PACKET SHIPS
I, W. L. Young, Master of the Steam Ship Anglia do solemnly, sincerely and truly declare that the following List or Manifest subscribed by me, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs of the Collection District of New York, is a full and perfect list of all the passengers taken on board of the said S.S. Anglia at New York* from which port said S.S. Anglia has now arrived, and that on said list is truly dessignated the age, the sex, and the occupation of each of said passengers, the part of the vessel occupied by each during the passage, the country to which each belongs, and also the country of which it is intended by each to become an inhabitant; and that said List or Manifest truly sets forth the number of said passengers who have died on said voyage, and the names and age of those who died.

List or Manifest OF ALL THE PASSENGERS taken on board the Steamship Anglia whereof W. L. Young is Master, from London burthen 1411 tons.
Columns represent: Name, Age, Sex, Occupation, Country to which they severally belong, Country of which they intend to become inhabitants and location of their berth aboard the ship.
There was no deaths and all passengers are bound for the USA so both of those columns have been eliminated.
In Occupation Column--Nil--means none declared

Transcriber's Notes:

*  The use of the asterisk indicates an omission or error made by the
   original transcriber.
?  The use of a question mark indicates a word or letter that could
   not be read due to the poor quality of original document
 
*  The statement "taken on board at New York" is probably an error on the Captain's 
   part.  It probably should read "taken on board at London".

 8  Occupation looks like "Filler" but suspect original transcriber
    neglected to cross his "T's" Maybe "Fitter
24  First name might have been meant to be Jean
25  Veuve is French for Widow--A possibility
28  First name of three letters---Haven't got a clue what 
    transcriber was trying to write
