Sworn Statement
Report and manifest of the Cargo laden on board of the Schooner Amazon whereof Jonathan Greely is Master; which Cargo was taken on board at Saint Johns - Burthen one hundred & fourty tons, 37 feet, built at Brunswick -----in the State of Massachusetts and owned by James Goombs, Philip Greely and Thomas Mince merchant at Portland as per Register, granted at Portland the thirty day of March 1819 and bound for Philadelphia.
Packages and Contents - One Hundred and fifty tons plaster shipped by Sam Greely, cosigned to order by Sam Greely, port of destination Philadelphia.

Transcriber's Notes:
Passengers not numbered on original list

14 - this McCuran surname appears to be spelled differently for each member of the family
     including McCuran, McCuren and McCuron.  Could also be McCerren. 
17 & 18 - although there is nothing written like a ditto or "do" after these names, it is
     believed they are part of the McCuran family.
21 - given name is difficult to read and complete name has been "squeezed" in between 
     passengers 20 and 22.  Last letters of given name appear to be "ritz".
22 - due to quality of copy, given name impossible to read but appears to end in "git",
     possibly Bridgit.
24 - given name could end in "and" or "ard" but impossible to read.  Surname cannot be read.

38 - the three boxes could be three beds.

44 - surname difficult to read, could be Morrow, Meccew, Meier
55 - surname could be McCourman, McCoirman.
