Transcriber's Notes:

An asterisk (*) indicates either difficulty in deciphering the
handwriting of the manifest or something in the Transcriber Notes to
  which the reader should refer.

A question mark (?) indicates a letter or a number that can not be
  transcribed definitely.

A caret (^) indicates that the following letter in a word or name is
  superscripted.

The recorder's handwriting on this manifest is very poor resulting in the
transcription being difficult and uncertain. Though the transcription was
done with care, the result is subject to errors and should be viewed with
  some skepticism.

5 Latter letters of surname are poorly formed and difficult to decipher with
any certainty, but surname is possibly "Cofferzer", Cofferger",
    "Coffenzer", "Coffenger" or "Coffeuw".
7 Given name clearly begins "Je" followed by two or three letters which are
poorly formed and not decipherable, and the last might possibly be a
superscripted "t". First few letters of surname are also poorly formed and
difficult to decipher, but clearly ends "den". Surname is possibly
"Neiden" or "Weiden". Occupation appears to be either "LMaker" or
"SMaker, perhaps an abbreviation for either "Lockmaker" or "Sailmaker".
8 Middle letters of surname are poorly formed and difficult to decipher, but
surname clearly begins "Weth" and ends "ly" with the middle letters
possibly "ewe", "ene", or something similar. Surname is possibly
    "Wethewely", "Wethenely" or "Wetherly"
14 Surname begins "Be" followed by two or perhaps three letters too poorly
formed to be deciphered with certainty, but are possibly "ow" or "ser",
resulting in possible surname "Beow" or "Beser", or something similar. No
entry was recorded for Sex of this passenger.
15 Occupation is recorded as "Male" and no entry is recorded for Sex of this
    passenger.
16-17 Surname appears to be either "Ving" or "Wing".
18-20 Surname begins "Alo" or "Cel", but final letters of surname are very
poorly formed and impossible to decipher. Surname is possibly "Alout",
"Alont", "Aloutz", "Alontz", "Celond", "Celoud", "Celont or "Celout".
21-23 Surname is possibly "Dornmand", "Dormand", "Dormond" or "Downand".
24 Manuscript is damaged making second digit of age difficult to decipher,
but Age is possibly 22 or 27.
25 Given name is either "May" or "Mary".
27-32 Surname is very poorly written and difficult to decipher, but is
    possibly "Gemitat".
33 Given name appears to be written as "Borat", "Brian", "Briat" or
something similar. Passenger's Age is completely masked by an ink blot.
33-34 Surname is possibly "Cennoy", "Cemoy" or "Conroy".
35 Given name appears to be written as "Borat", "Brian", "Briat" or
    something similar.
35-36 Surname is possibly "Vincent".
