I, S. Borun*, do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear that the within List, subscribed with my name, contains to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account or report of all the passengers taken on board the Brig Volusia at Ponce or at any other foreign port, or at sea and brought in said Brig.
