ANCHOR lINE OF TRANSATLANTIC STEAM PACKET SHIPS

DISTRICT OF NEW YORK - PORT OF NEW YORK
I, Hugh Young, Master of the Steamship Victoria do solemnly, sincerely and truly declare that the following List or Manifest, subscribed by me,and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs of the Collection District of New York is a fair and perfect list of all the passengers taken on board of the said S. S. Victoria at Glasgow from which port the said SS Victoria has now arrived and that on said list is truly designated the age, the sex, and the occupation of each of said passengers, the part of the vessel occupied by each during the passage, the country to which each belongs, and also the country of which it is intended by each to become an inhabitant; and that said List or Manifest truly sets forth the number of said passengers who have died on said voyage, and the names and ages of those who died.

Columns represent: Name, Age, Sex, Occupation, The Country to which they severally belong, The Country to which they intend to become inhabitants, Those that died on the voyage, Part of the Vessel occupied by each passenger during the voyage.

Transcriber's Notes:

*  The use of an asterisk indicates an omission or error made by the original 
   recorder.

*  The use of a question mark indicates a word or letter that could not be read 
   due to the quality of the original document.

*  There were no deaths thus eliminating that column.

14-15-16 - The first name of #14 is perhaps Josie or Jessie. The last name is
     undecipherable but appears to start with an "M" and the last two letters
     appear to be L's or uncrossed T's M??h?ll M??b??tt
20 - Cannot decipher last name other than the beginning
21 - First name appears to be Chris or Chas
